End of year student data

When school ends this year all student work inside your home folder (or H drive) on the server will be deleted

Please ensure that you have taken a personal copy of any files that you want to keep or may need next year. You can upload your work to your school Google Drive or copy to a USB stick.

Art and Media students: Your work that is saved to the desktop may also be cleared, please ensure you have taken a copy.

Year 13 Yearbook

Message to all Year 13 Students: You can now order your Year 13 Yearbook from the top of the library.  They are $30 each, which MUST be paid to the office by NEXT Tuesday. Read the rest of this topic (111 words) Movie Screening; "Most Likely To Succeed" Come along to the movie next Thursday night, tell your parents about it. The movie looks at the challenges and possibilities for future schools in preparing young adults for success in an increasingly innovative world. Performing Arts Awards The Performing Arts Awards evening is happening this Friday at 7pm at Baycourt Theatre. Please purchase tickets in advance from the venue. All students, parents and family are welcome. Camp Quality Fundraiser Results Congratulations to April in the office for winning the Jaffa Jar for guessing nearest the correct amount. Somewhere in the early 500 I think it was. And congratulations to myself for winning the poster scavenger hunt, guessing 22, which was closest to the correct answer. For that I have won$10 worth of canteen vouchers.  Well done to Kaitlyn Thomas for organising these events over the past couple of weeks.  We are very proud of the effort that you have put in for Camp Quality.

Leukemia Money

We have raised $1156.30 from our Mufti Day today for the NZ Leukaemia Foundation. A huge thank you to everyone who donated! If you are yet to bring your money, please take it to Jen in the office at the beginning of next week. Last Chance CanTeen Bandannas Last chance to buy your CanTeen bandannas tomorrow at interval and lunch outside our school canteen. Show your support for cancer kids around New Zealand and bring along your$4 so you can wear your new bandanna all day.  Mufti day tomorrow also, supporting the Leukemia Foundation, so bring your \$2 along.  It's so important to get involved and support these organisations because they do so much for New Zealanders suffering from cancer.  Approximately 1 in 3 of us will be effected by cancer at some point during their lives so please make the effort to donate.

Haka Success

A huge congratulations to all students that participated in our school Haka Competition today.  The event was definitely a success, and was clearly enjoyed by all!  Well done to Kotuku for taking out the competition again this year!!  I was very proud of how hard we all worked to defend that title, and how steep the competition was on the day!  Keep up the good work next year guys.

Please get dressed up into your house colours during lunch time, drop your bags at your period 5 classes and get marked off the role before heading over to the International Block field. This is a great opportunity to show your school spirit and for Year 12s interested in leadership roles to demonstrate their ability.  Please give it your all, we can't wait to see you all there!
